13 Moons Harm Reduction is an initiative for Urban Indigenous youth (age 11-35) living in Winnipeg, MB who use drugs, or who have used drugs and are facing obstacles ♥

We have begun monthly SATURDAY NIGHT COMMUNITY GATHERINGS at the Merchant's Corner 9-12PM!

Find below some of the info we have developed to explain our work. Note that we are using the Native Youth Sexual Health Network's 4 Fires Harm Reduction Model!
